A commercial real estate investment brokerage firm
About
Acacia Strategies is a commercial real estate brokerage company that offers advisory services and investment sales to Utah self-storage owners and operators. We work with all types of investors including developers, REIT’s, high net worth individuals, mom and pops, and financial advisors. The company is dedicated to helping self-storage owners achieve the highest possible returns by offering the best strategy relevant to their goals. Whether the goal is to hold and increase revenue for years to come, or to sell for the highest possible price, Acacia Strategies helps owners form the strategy that best maximizes their profitability.
When working with Acacia Strategies, there is no obligation to sell. If the clients goal is to hold, we offer the strategic solution that helps them to find the right strategy to implement that increases their revenue. Assisting our clients and helping them to shape their personal strategy in an advisory capacity without any obligation to sell has resulted in trust and a higher ratio of repeat business and satisfied clients. We are here to help our clients push value, so that when the time comes to sell, they give us a chance to bid for the business.

Self-Storage Investments
Jason began his career in commercial real estate in April of 2006 with one of the largest investment firms in the nation. During his tenure there Jason closed over two hundred million in his chosen product type, self-storage. He has consistently been recognized as a top producing agent in his office and the number one self-storage agent in Utah since 2008. In March of 2016, Jason founded Acacia Strategies, a firm dedicated to helping investors achieve the highest returns possible through unparalleled experience in the Utah self- storage arena. Whether the goal is to hold, buy, or sell, Jason’s experience can provide the strategy that ultimately helps his clients to reach the best and most lucrative decisions regarding their property. As a result of this strategy, Jason has sustained long-term relationships with his clientele and continues to maximize their profitability.
Jason grew up in Park City, Utah and graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in English. Before graduating, Jason was fortunate to travel the world and liked the acacia tree while spending time in the Serengeti. Acacia trees provide shade, shelter and food for animals of the Maasai Mara. Jason interpreted this as providing protection, care and support for his clients. Jason resides in Park City, Utah with his wife and four children.
